She owns the soul of this city.

Awesome shot of Portlandia. She is the second largest copper statue in the US (the largest being that tart in NY harbor).

And she’s standing atop Michael Graves architectural monstrosity, The Portland Building, that is loathed by anyone who has dared darken her doors.
