This happened yesterday and was more fun than I thought was humanly possible. Thanks to Dan Holmes for manning the meat by himself for the first six hours….and it ended up being 14lbs of brisket and there’s barely a scrap left. Oh, and the Lethal Weapon marathon consisted of Lethal Weapons I-IV in reverse order…finished at 1:30am with a string of firecrackers. (sorry neighbors)
